A proven leader and strategist, Glynn brings decades of experience as a senior leader to his roles as an executive coach and high-potential leader development. In these capacities, he provides his deep expertise in leadership, strategy and human resources. Having performed as a C-Suite executive Glynn is highly experienced in the challenges that executives face.

 

As a long-time, Fortune 500 executive, Glynn has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies in challenging, often crisis-laden business environments, and provides expertise, insight and clarity to complex situations involving executive leadership, M&A and related integration, divestitures, cost transformation and fiscal stewardship, among other critical business areas. He also has deep experience in leading successful teams in business transformation, strategic planning, and supply chain management situations marked by a wide range of strategic, operational, technology, and human capital decisions. In addition to his expansive business leadership experience, Glynn has coaching experience working with a variety of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits.

 

A true Champion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Glynn is most widely known for his skill and expertise in coaching a diverse group of senior executives and high potential leaders. A graduate of Kansas State University, Glynn received his MBA from Eastern Illinois University. After a successful college baseball career, he was drafted by the New York Yankees, where he played for a minor league affiliate.

 

Glynn and his wife, Marketi, have two adult children and are active in many local community and charitable organizations. When not spending time with his wife and family, his passions include sporting events, landscaping activities, and home improvement projects.
