Jan Nolte is an international executive coach, speaker, trainer who has given women leaders around the world, the confidence building, fear-busting skills they need to be seen, heard and followed. At the core of her work is her vision of a better world, where women leaders speak from their minds, hearts, and experience in ways that inspire action and create change.

From the boards of Broadway to the Boardrooms of International Banking Institutions and Fortune 500 corporations, Jan has help women find their true voice and the courage to use it in every situation.

As a young woman, Jan came to NY as a conservatory trained actor. Life as a NY Equity Actor had its rewards, but she discovered her calling, her voice, as a professor of Acting at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.  It was  a few years later, when she was asked to train Fine Art Auctioneers, that she discovered the business imperative for leaders to feel at ease, focused and fully their best in the spotlight.

In a career that spans nearly three decades, Jan’s clients are leaders in a broad range of organizations from multinational corporations to professional firms, nonprofits, and start-ups.  Google, Grubhub, Coca Cola, Christie’s, Univision, Hospital for Special Surgery, Morgan Stanley, Harper Collins, the Metropolitan Museum Of Art and the New York Public Library are among her clients.

Jan is a Women Presidents Organization, New York Chair. She serves on the Foundation Board of The Open Door Family Medical Centers in Westchester, NY, and the Advisory Board of the UUA-United Nations Office.  Her creative passion for learning, people, and fun are at the core of everything she does.
