Dr. Jennifer Todd is a certified leadership coach and thought leader on improving communication. She has a successful practice which helps individuals and organizations improve leadership communication in order to inspire the workforce and the community.
Dr. Todd earned a Doctor of Public from Tulane University. Her career has taken her to senior positions in local, state and federal government, non-profit leadership, and higher education administration and teaching.
She has been an established champion of women and children, as well as a communication expert whose skills were sought at the highest levels of the federal government. She has worked in several different countries and brings that experience to all she does, including weaving principles of DEI into her coaching.
Her driving motivator is working to create more productive, compassionate leaders, team members, and workplaces through wellness and improved communication, particularly among women leaders and rising leaders. She actively works to encourage intergenerational collaborations and communication.
